Overview

Merchants who take credit cards or offer electronic payments either at the point of sale (POS) or on the internet, must first set up a merchant account with a processor.

If you are an existing merchant and would like to have a quote to convert to a different processor, we can assist you. Or perhaps you would like to add a payment choice for your customers such as electronic checks.

An application must be submitted in order to obtain a merchant account. If you are interested in applying for a merchant account, please fill out the request for quoted rate form

Next, obtain and submit an application using the following methods:

Mail

Once the original application is received, it is usually processed in 1-2 days. The merchant receives the necessary merchant account numbers, installs the POS equipment or software, and can then start processing transactions.

Fax

This application can then be completed and faxed to our office in order to start the application process. However, an original must still follow within 1 day.

On Line Applications

Once the vital merchant information is received, we can submit your application to our processor via the on line application program.
